We want you to be fully satisfied with your smart home investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Honeywell Home products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Securely place the device, along with all original manuals, mounting hardware, and cables, into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
